The circulatory system is critical to good health because it allows blood and lymph to transport oxygen and nutrients to and from cells in your body. This both nourishes and helps to fight disease. Your circulation also stabilises your body's temperature and pH.

Many vitamins and minerals in vegetables are critical for your circulatory system; they assist with the formation of blood vessels and are necessary for normal blood formation and clotting.
